Know how to supervise children Understand how babies and children develop | Portfolio Assessment | Reflecting on Practice | Candidates will complete a work experience practice where they will develop their knowledge and skills of childcare and how to respond to children's needs creating a stimulating safe environment. | Work based learning | A LEVEL (Year 14) | Promoting Children’s Development | Candidates will learn the expected patterns of development from 0-16 years and how to promote development across age ranges.
