Year 14 Business Enterprise in Buttercrane

Congratulations to our Year 14 Business Studies students who set up a cake stall in Buttercrane as part of their coursework.  This year the two classes ('Flour Power' and ‘Frosty Bites') had a very successful day selling all types of tasty treats ranging from cupcakes to tray bakes and biscuits to cheesecakes.  We would like to send our sincere thanks to everyone who stopped by to purchase the delicious range of cakes and also to everyone who so kindly gave a donation.  All proceeds from the day are to be donated to school supported charities including PIPS, Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust and The Zambian Street Children.  The girls also donated some cakes to The Simon Community.
We would also like to thank all the staff and students of St Mary's who so kindly supported the girls in their business venture and helped make the day such an overwhelming success.  Special thanks also to Buttercrane for giving the girls this fantastic opportunity.  Well done to all involved.
