A massive congratulations to Niamh McGrath (1012) and Nela Lesniak (0929) whose Christmas stories were shortlisted in the final 20 of BBC Ulster’s Two Minute Tales short story competition. Out of 1278 entries the girls narrowly missed out on having their stories read aloud on the radio. We are so proud of the girls and of the effort shown by all who entered the competition and also feel that ‘Piongain Saves Christmas’ and ‘The Magic Glasses’ were deserving of the recognition.
